"The course was very useful and relevant to the work Connexions undertake with young people. It gave us the information to be able to support the young people to make the appropriate claims and the confidence and knowledge to advocate on their behalf when they are not getting the benefits they are entitled to. The course was very well delivered and surprisingly enjoyable, Viv made a potentially dull subject very accessible and interesting.
